Communicate weekly with Regional and Branch Managers to review recruiting reports, growth goals and progress weekly communications.

Source, qualify and recruit top producing Originators and Branch Managers.

2+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter with proven track record.

Experience in cultivating and maintaining ongoing contact with referral base.

Experience in supporting Sales Leaders and Branch Managers in their recruiting efforts.
