Benefits Platform Senior Operations Associate Jobs

3+ years of industry experience in an operational, product, or program management role, extra points for startup experience

Experience with Asana, JIRA, or other project management tools

Experience defining business and user requirements to inform our product and engineering teams

Build and manage metrics and reporting to track impact and determine care delivery success.

Process-Oriented - You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy building scalable operational processes.

Agile - You thrive in and have past experience working in fast-paced start-up environments.

Sense of urgency around client, management, and partner requests

Manage monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc business reporting

Manage global team calls and communications, meeting agendas, speakers, materials and follow ups

Proactively manage relationships internally and externally; serve as a BPI ambassador and provide context to key stakeholders

Experience working with global, distributed teams across multiple time zones

Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation

Extremely detailed-oriented with great time management skills

Strong analytical and data management skills

Strong project management and execution skills

Knowledge of Employer-Sponsored Benefit Plans is a plus

Perform day-to-day operations for our small group health insurance offering

Support system implementation of new benefits and report changes in systems/procedures across teams
