This includes researching and analyzing the current benefits landscape, developing and implementing new benefits programs, and managing existing programs. The Benefits Directer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Benefits Directer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other stakeholders, as well as providing guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits.
