Behavorial Health Clinician Jobs in Illinois

Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling, case management

Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.

Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.

Demonstrated education, training or experience in the mental health services

Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed

Excellent organizational and computer skills

Provide ongoing direction and consultation for staff involved in patient education

Manage confidentiality of clients; work with law enforcement agencies when required; activate the community mental health system when required

Manage a caseload in a timely and effective manner;

Provide short-term and/or crisis reproductive health counseling on a referral basis for patients at PPIL centers

Prepare relevant case records, documents, reports and correspondence in a timely and organized manner

Consult, refer cases, and work actively with other agencies and community groups to aid clients in accessing resources

High volume of regular client referrals
