Milieu Management, including the following:

Work with patients on de-escalation and implementing coping skills per treatment plan

6+ months of direct patient care/milieu experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree required if no milieu experience

18+ months of milieu experience if no Bachelor’s degree

Direct patient care experience preferred

High volume of regular client referrals
