Maintain Safety Crisis Management certification.
In conjunction with nursing and youth care managers, performs bed management.
Attends and actively participates in any staff training or education which relates to their position and would contribute to their knowledge.
Demonstrates competence in the areas of critical thinking, crisis intervention, interpersonal relationships, and technical skills.
Demonstrates high verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborates with nursing staff, physicians, milieu managers, clinical assessors, therapists and utilization review.

Job Qualifications
