They use evidence-based strategies to help people identify and address the factors that are contributing to their mental health issues. They also provide support and guidance to help people develop the skills and resources they need to manage their mental health. Detailed Job Description A Behavioral Health Coach is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals, families, and groups to help them improve their mental health and well-being. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred
• Licensure or certification in a mental health field preferred
• Experience working with individuals, families, and groups
• Knowledge of evidence-based strategies for addressing mental health issues
