Beauty Pro Artist Jobs

Maintain comprehensive knowledge within the training and content realms (product, artistry, service experience)

Strength with time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Educate and inspire Sephora Beauty Advisors by conducting in-store brand trainings, events, education seminars, master classes, etc.

Provide feedback on product, sales and education content to the Director of Education to scale Beauty Advisor & client engagement

Minimum of 3+ years in training and education in the cosmetics industry

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)

Display exceptional, client-centric selling skills with a drive for results with integrity.

Makeup artistry or cosmetic sales experience preferred.

Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$30 hourly depending on location and experience.

Connect with clients and determine their needs.

The Beauty Artist has the responsibility of building retail sales, relationship building/repeat clientele, event and training requirements.

Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Must be able to perform all esthetic treatments offered by Ziba Beauty.

Must follow state board requirement and Ziba Beauty Expectations (see Threader Expectations).

Must be able to perform all threading services offered by Ziba Beauty.
