Qa Batch Release Technician Jobs in Colorado

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and work related experience

Good communication, documentation and writing skills

Solid personal computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)

Collect product/process samples and conduct appropriate analysis per SOPs/Work Instructions

Conduct analysis of data, provide opinion, and take appropriate action, document results

Operate and maintain all appropriate equipment

Minimum of two (2) years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or as QA Technician I.

Knowledge in GMP and must be able to read and document in English.

Take samples and inspect raw materials, commodities, and finished products as per specifications.

Responsible for performing visual tests with acceptance and rejection criteria for attributes in the compressing, coating and printing areas.

Responsible for the review of "in-process" documentation in addition to the documentation generated in the area.

Inspection of samples and prepare documentation. Support activities related to investigations.

Performs equipment and room clearances based on cleanliness and adherence to SOP’s.

Performs in-process inspections and physical testing of products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Perform product release based on physical characteristics, compliance with in-process control limits and finished product specifications.

Performs and/or assists with batch record review for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate collection of finished goods samples for reserve/retain samples.

Comply with cGMP regulations and follow all standard operating procedures.
