Work in harmony with the management team to successful operate The Continental & The Speedster.

Complete any tasks assigned by the management staff.

Previous bussing experience preferred, but not required.

Reporting to: Ford House – General Manager & Dining Room Manager

Adhere to the policies and procedures of both Continental Services and Ford House.

Complete the training program for the Busser Position.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent Pay: Server assistants average $16 - $18 per hour (including tipshare)

Stable, safe and family-oriented work environment

Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required

Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables

Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing

Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Must be a minimum of 17 years old

High School diploma or GED

Prior experience as a busser in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required

Full and part-time hours available

Minimum of 1 years of food server experience in a high volume, sophisticated or upscale restaurant

Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers and restaurant host/hostess.

Adherence to schedule and attendance at all service staffs meeting.

To ensure water service is provided to all guests at their arrival and to provide bread and butter service if applicable.

To ensure proper set up and maintenance of service station, tables, and common areas thought-out all dining rooms.

To ensure that all silverware, glassware, flatware are polished, stocked, and set to service standards.
