Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Clear vision at 20 feet or more with or without corrective lenses.

Assist Passengers with all baggage-related issues including Loss, Delay, Damage and Alleged Pilferage Claims.

Set Delayed Baggage up for delivery and/or Forward Delayed Baggage.

Arrange for replacement or repair of passenger baggage as required.

Prepare reports and make certain delay and damage cause code assignments as required.

Issue customer compensation as per carrier policy
