Entry requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age with previous experience working with children.

Be knowledgeable about program areas and share information with families.

Be knowledgeable about the YMCA, its programs and policies.

Acquaint families with other YMCA programs and benefits.

Be able to articulate the YMCA’s mission, values, and benefits.

Maintains positive relations with parents and other staff. Model relationship-building skills (including Listen First) in all interactions.
