They are responsible for monitoring the premises, responding to emergencies, and providing support to clients. They are responsible for monitoring the premises, responding to emergencies, providing support to clients, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. They must be able to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately. They must also be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff. Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Ability to work overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR and First Aid certification
