Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for the powersports industry.

1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience Desired

Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems

Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.

Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.

1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience Desired

Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems

Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive Parts Counter - Education And/or Experience

Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.

Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.

Participates with the parts manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.

No prior experience or training.

AA/BS in either Automotive Technology or Business Management, or equivalent work experience

High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

Previous experience in a parts department environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains

Start-up experience and related fast-paced environments

Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.

1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired.

Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems

Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.

Look up records and enter customer information.

Auto Parts and/or Dealership experience is required

Knowledge of Parts Tracker and CCC ONE is a plus

Look up parts in the catalog.

Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts and o rder parts from manufacture or outside sources.

Other duties may be assigned

Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping

Other duties as directed by management

One to two years of prior automotive parts experience is required, either retail parts outlet or a dealership setting

Must be skilled with a computer and computerized parts inventory systems

Assist retail customers and technicians in a timely, enthusiastic manner both on the phone and in person

Order, ship, receive, and bill parts

Has a good knowledge of auto parts

Basic computer skills (windows, Excel, Word, and Internet)

Good communication skills on the phone and in person
