Overview:
Automotive Mechanics are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. They must be knowledgeable in the latest automotive technology and have the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems. Automotive Mechanics must also be able to communicate effectively with customers and other technicians.Detailed Job Description:
Automotive Mechanics are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This includes inspecting, testing, and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, steering and suspension systems, electrical systems, and other components. Automotive Mechanics must be able to identify and diagnose problems quickly and accurately. They must also be able to explain the repair process to customers and other technicians.What is Automotive Mechanic Job Skills Required?
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

What is Automotive Mechanic Job Qualifications?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
