Automotive Accounting Associate Jobs

Aide in maintaining positive relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams, and dealership management

Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems a plus

Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization.

Must have strong computer skills

Answer and direct customer inquiries

Processing of cancellations of extended warranty and insurance policies

The Associate Automotive Content Analyst’s product development responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Remain current on new and future manufacturer’s product development.

Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).

Conducts in-take meetings with hiring managers to determine job requirements for open requisitions.

Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Coordinates and schedules interviews with Sr. Recruiter and Hiring Managers.

Delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.

Communicates new hire's needs/information with HR, IT and Hiring Manager.

Perform other General Automotive & Office duties as assigned by the business manager

Excel experience is a must

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Automotive Accounting experience a Plus

Great communication and customer service skills

Manage collection efforts and associated functions

Prior experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications- excel and keyboard skills

Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule reconciliation and clean up
