Update test cases when appropriate to reflect changes in product functionality or requirements.

1-3 years of testing experience over multiple projects required

Analyze, document, and submit issues discovered during testing. Verify and close issues resolved during the release cycle.

Partner and build effective relationships with others throughout the eServices testing and software development departments.

Develop, execute, and support automated tests.

This position can be performed remotely from a home office.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Plan and execute testing plans. This includes identifying test cases, creating test scripts, and executing the tests.

Identify and report bugs. This includes using bug tracking software to track bugs and communicate with developers to resolve them.

Analyze test results. This includes reviewing test logs and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Write clear and concise documentation. This includes creating test plans, test cases, and user documentation.

Immediately notify management of testing results near or outside specified ranges.

Knowledge of and experience with MES, Ignition, VIDES, and Pilgrim Software programs.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Experience assisting in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs.

Above average experience supporting and testing applications used in healthcare information technology (IT)

Experience developing and executing manual test cases

Experience with the Agile methodology and sprint-based testing cycles

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with Test Case Management tools like Qmetry for Jira

Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role

Experience with Continuous Integration / Deployment Automation Tools such as Github Actions and Teamcity

Experience in API Test Automation using Cypress and Postman

Experience with Hrvest/PPM Oracle RDBMS

Knowledge of Python, specifically FastAPI

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.
