Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team and test our studio’s beta-phase action game. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the testing process, developing and maintaining test plans, and ensuring that each release meets the highest quality standards. The candidate must be creative in deciding how to test, be thoughtful about managing risks, possess great communication skills, and have a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure each release is of high quality
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for new and existing games
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the testing process and enhance the user experience
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans for mobile and PC platforms
  • Coordinate testing efforts with team members
  • Identify and document defects and issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Work with developers and player community to reproduce and resolve defects and issues


Requirements

  • Experience testing multiplayer and online play
  • Desire to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
  • 1+ years of experience in mobile and PC game testing
