Teaching experience and experience coaching at the varsity high school level preferred. Experience in athletic administration a plus;

Verifies each athletes eligibility according to established physical and academic requirements of eligibility for participation in each sport;

Bachelors degree, Masters preferred, from an accredited college or university, in a related field;

Supports school-wide initiatives around the social and emotional health and well-being of all students;

Fosters good school-community relations by keeping the community aware of, and responsive to, all athletic programs;

Maintains regular office hours for clinical appointments and intakes designed for intercollegiate student-athlete population

Serves as initial point of referral for mental health services for student-athletes and as a liaison to the Counseling Center

Serves on the Wellness Committee

Develops and/or modifies treatment/performance plans and counsel individual student- athletes, charts clinical progress, and provides follow-up care as required

Consults with co-treating providers (i.e., psychiatric, trainers, medical, nutrition), for an integrated service, as appropriate
