Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets for yourself

Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours; submit your schedule to your sales team manager each week

Ability to think quickly on your feet; good situational awareness and critical thinking skills

Must have general knowledge of basketball, baseball, and soccer.

Good communication skills with adults, children, coaches, and parents required.

Open and set up athletic fields for authorized practices, games, and programs.

Managing youth athletic programs at various locations.

Secure facility at the end of use.

Provide an inviting, safe, and fun environment.
