Owns and updates the management policy for the server center

Familiar with ADB (Android Debug Bridge), Linux commands, Android system reboot, and equipped with iOS related certifications

Prior experience with IT Help Desk is prefered

Responsible for the daily operations & maintenance of mobile and server devices in the server center and lab

Responsible for the daily operations of Linux/Mac server/Switch/Access Point

Familiar with the resemble and recovery of Windows and Mac devices

Plan, manage and optimize cloud resources utilization, ensuring SLA of large-scale clusters

Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 1 years of related work experience

Experience in SRE of large-scale systems deployment with high reliability and scalability

Familiar with system operation skills in Linux and network

Experience programming in at least one of the following languages: Python, Perl, Go, or C/C++

Experience in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems

Provide live sound reinforcement for artist performing in unique spaces

Work with the show team & performers to prep for the show

Organize gear pick up and return across a local community of other Audio Engineers

Work with the central Production team to identify the best ways of working locally

You'll work 3 x shows a week (max 10 shows a month)

Advantageous to have 2+ years experience with both the compensation or benefits aspects of global mobility programs (domestic and international);

Work with other HR partners in global mobility related policy implementation/update and take on additional ad-hoc responsibilities/ projects as needed.

Critical thinking and strong analytical skills are essential for this role;

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

Exam global mobility policies, design and supplement the policy set with local standards (e.g. domestic relocation/assignment policies);

Analyze global mobility policies implemented and ensure current policies are in compliance with AMS local regulations and jurisdiction;

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience building scalable system;

Experience in programming, included but not limited to, the following programming languages: C, C++, Java or Golang;

Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive;

Build and maintain high performance online services for TikTok recommendation system;

Build extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines for candidates generation, profile generation, training examples generation, realtime online training, etc;

Build globalized large-scale recommendation system;
