Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

Applicants should have knowledge of social and emotional competencies;

Experience conducting small group and/or one-on-one sessions with middle and high school students to provide mentoring and support;

Background in youth development, social work, psychology, urban education and/or sociology preferred.

Starting salary range is $72,00 - $83,000. Salary commensurate with education and experience and will be negotiated at time of offer.

Demonstrated success in grant development and budget management.

Experience increasing evaluation skills in staff.

Topics through the lens of your own knowledge or experience

Two years of post-Master’s degree related research or evaluation experience.

Experience publishing research in peer-reviewed journals
