Associate Youth Development Specialist Jobs in Connecticut

College degree or at least three years professional experience in community education, youth development, and/or sexuality/sexual health.

Collects and files data related to educational programs in a timely manner.

Demonstrated skills prioritizing and organizing workload with the ability to evaluate workflow systems. Superb attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills including recovery skills for when clients (internal or external) express dissatisfaction or problems arise.

Experience and comfort in working with diverse communities, specifically youth, Black, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Networks with other community-based organizations to cultivate an awareness and use of PPSNE services.

You have experience as a camp counselor, athletic coach, or similar non-teaching role

Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)
