Experience with complex AI personalization is a plus.

8-10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Trade, Specialty Distribution, Market Access Management or related discipline.

Negotiates and manages contracts and amendments in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Manages designated external vendors and ensures accurate and timely delivery on all projects.

Demonstrated product launch success including products covered as a medical benefit (“part B”).

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Develops and executes dispensing and distribution strategies spanning wholesalers, specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies, retail pharmacies, GPOs, and other trade channel outlets.

Proven experience in project management, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving them to successful completion.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly grasp complex concepts and navigate through challenges.

Coordinating resources and facilitating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, task allocation, and progress tracking.

Monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact successful delivery.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

10+ years of experience guiding strategy across product, marketing, sales and/or management consulting

Business knowledge in areas of product management, software sales, and customer success
