Associate Staff Accountant Jobs in New York

Manage and interpret exception reporting from for inventory management and reconciliation.

Produce and analyze monthly financial statements, quarterly sales reports and assist with month-end close and preparation of supporting schedules.

Reconcile bank accounts and open online transactions against shipping invoices and payments

Run bi-weekly inventory analysis. Support in managing our in-season inventory and reporting on sell-through.

Accountability for profits, expenses, assets.

Ensure site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability

Experience with Intacct Financial Management software a plus

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA Preferred – minimum one year experience; recent graduates welcome

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
