Associate Regional Program Specialist Jobs

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business needs

Hold teams accountable by driving performance management with local leadership through observation and consistent 1 on 1 meetings

Directly manage a team of people-leaders across field retail, service-plus, and delivery locations

Use Analytics to make actionable business recommendations to local managers

Demonstrate fluency and reinforce requirements in the local market’s Sales and DMV requirements and processes

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years professional experience required; preferably in full-time people or program management

Coordinate equipment and software installation and management/inventories

Support, recommend and coordinate advanced program placements (Level 2/Level 3) for qualifying participants, including participation in soft-skills sessions

Coordinate and facilitate 3 soft-skills sessions yearly in collaboration with FF staff and partners

Education: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred

Work in education or youth programming preferred

Promote RTI's technical capabilities to internal and external clients through project and pre-proposal and/or proposal contracts.

Do not deviate from planned task scope or schedule without consulting a supervisor or project manager

Preference to candidates that have experience in data mining, descriptive analyses, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot tables). 

Participate in NamUs training events and/or curriculum development as assigned.

Anticipate problems before they arise, assess potential risk, and develop contingency plans.

Assist other project leaders in identifying ways to enhance or expand the existing project and to develop new project opportunities.
