Lean Six Sigma experience/certification or likewise

Technical knowledge of standardized/non-standardized processed cheese or imitation cheese

Experience working in application lab, pilot plant systems and with laboratory instrumentation.

Experience working in Food industry - B2B product development, formulation, and commercialization of cheese/dairy/food products

Experience or familiarity working with starch systems, protein matrices and/or plant-based cheese

Culinary experience designing custom applications with custom cheese ingredients will be a plus

Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

Educational or professional experience in a Life Sciences/Pre-Clinical environment or IT with an appreciation for complex data

Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of preclinical data

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of SEND and other regulatory standards/guidance
