Working with your production leadership, act as your own project manager to organize and execute your shoots

5 years of proven professional, soft goods shooting and styling experience

Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with stakeholders to develop the concept

Work with the Associate Creative Director and Production Director to concept and execute shoots while staying on schedule.

Be able to prop style and arrange products, props, photo sets, studio lighting and backgrounds, that adhere to photo guideline specifications

Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods

Exceptional attention to detail, verbal communication, professional demeanor, time management, customer service and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with issues in higher education is a plus.

Assist in planning related to all content marketing and storytelling.

Be dedicated to continuous personal and professional development.

Superior understanding of storytelling - visually and narratively

Ability to excel independently and in a team environment.

Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)

Provide a wonderful customer experience

Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent experience

Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience, preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Paid photography and sales training

Experience working in government or higher education is a plus.

Familiarity with online project management tools like Trello.

Photograph VIP and other events as needed, providing imagery for external and internal use (75%).

Assist with photo archiving processes and multimedia editing (25%).

Bachelor’s degree in photography, design, or related field.

Excellent photographer and multimedia creator.
