Demonstrates efficiency in the safe transportation of patients to and from the operating room.

Assists circulating nurse in moving and positioning patients on the OR table.

Assists with prepping patients and many times deals with blood/feces/urine/body parts.

Delivers surgical and laboratory specimens to appropriate areas and transports blood products as required to and from blood bank.

Maintains the supply areas so that all products are available to OR personnel.
