Associate Move Project Manager Jobs

Serves as the primary manager on duty for Move Team Operations and oversight of operational planning and execution

Responsible for end of day reports, collateral duties and projects beyond the scope of daily job responsibilities

High School Diploma/GED or education equivalent

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

3-5 years’ experience of airport operations experience

Basic experience in aircraft movement or previous ramp experience

Manage the cost controls on the exception process.

Work with other members of the team to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Perform 'Quality Service' calls at scheduled points in the move process

Serve as the main point of contact for the client transferee, agents, operations, and claims.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Equires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.

Actively walk floors on a daily basis to inventory existing work stations, seating locations, technology equipment availability.

Additional move support services maybe required in support of our clients Return to Office efforts.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
