Gain understanding of and capability in Manufacturing Quality methods, processes and practices.

Assisting with routine inspections for assigned products / components,

Assisting with product and process audits to help verify the quality of production processes,

Previous manufacturing experience considered a benefit

Proactively look for areas of improvement in both process and personnel capabilities. Create process to close gaps

Collaborates with the Business Quality Manager to determine prioritization of work and inputs to the overall quality strategy

5+ years of Quality specific experience

Interpersonal skills to effectively lead and influence across a broad network

Excellent oral/written communication and people skills

Maintain current knowledge of the GxPs and optimize GSK’s Quality Management System (QMS)

Audit/inspection e.g., inspection preparation / management / response, on-going inspection readiness

Lead, manage, coach, mentor, retain, and develop staff

Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and deliver both improvements and benefits

Or Master’s degree and at least 6+ years of previous pharmaceuticals industry experience in manufacturing, technical, and/or quality role(s).

3+ years of sterile/aseptic drug product manufacturing experience

Applied knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22716, Allergen Management, Food Safety, FSSC 22000, FDA 21 CFR 210, etc

An affinity for change management and digital solutions

Responsible for performing validation/verification swabbing activities in response to equipment enhancements, facilities improvements, and annual requirements.
