Associate Industrial Designer Jobs in Pennsylvania

Prepare investment memos and other presentations for senior management and the Investment Committee.

Ability to effectively communicate information to senior management, executives, and other key stakeholders.

Proficiency in creating marketing materials for presentations to upper management.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.

2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a preference for Industrial experience.

In-depth knowledge of financial concepts such as net present values, internal rates of return, cap rates, etc.
