The Associate Facilities Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Project Manager and other members of the Facilities team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Associate Facilities Project Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
• Coordinating and managing project activities
• Tracking project progress and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Developing and maintaining project documentation
• Assisting with budgeting and cost control
• Assisting with the development of project proposals
• Assisting with the development of project plans
• Assisting with the coordination of project resources
• Assisting with the coordination of project meetings
• Assisting with the development of project reports
• Assisting with the development of project presentations
• Assisting with the development of project deliverables
• Assisting with the development of project communications
• Assisting with the development of project change requests
• Assisting with the development of project risk management plans
• Assisting with the development of project quality assurance plans
