Associate Director Of Healthcare Jobs

Understands and acts upon the relationship between patient access, department operations, finance, and productivity.

Develops and manages daily department operations.

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and holds staff accountable for meeting goals through quality improvement principles.

Directs department operations, coordinates patient services, educates and develops staff, manages budgets, and maintains a conducive work environment.

Holding a current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

ACLS Certification should be current or obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer.

Experience in budget management, invoicing and data/finance reporting.

Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to multitask

Communicate and negotiate with vendors/suppliers in terms of rates, conditions and contracts, budget management etc.

Manage project team members, including resource management (allocating tasks and duties) and assisting with recruitment of team members

· PMP or other Project Management certification preferred

Develop and implement project management tools and software, including project management software, scheduling tools, and other project-related software.

· Lead Managers and Team members to conduct project audits in coordination with Finance.

Coordinate project resources, including project managers, technical experts, and other staff, to ensure that project objectives are met.

Eight (8) years’ experience in a PMO leadership

Proven experience leading and managing PMO teams

Meet with clients and/or other external parties, as necessary, during the development and review of educational materials

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/initiatives in a deadline-driven environment

2-4 years of experience working in healthcare communications is required

Develop referenced outlines for programs to ensure the completed materials meet clients’ objectives.

Provide accurate citations in text and generate bibliographies

Prepare annotated supporting references for each project

· PMP or other Project Management certification preferred

· Lead Managers and Team members to conduct project audits in coordination with Finance.

Coordinate project resources, including project managers, technical experts, and other staff, to ensure that project objectives are met.

Eight (8) years’ experience in a PMO leadership

Proven experience leading and managing PMO teams

Establishes and manages effective ongoing communication with assigned healthcare clients to identify and address business needs.

Effectively manages healthcare client’s expectations regarding financial performance.

Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned by the CEO.

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.

3-5 years’ experience in a professional healthcare setting required. facility experience preferred.

Understanding of healthcare billing, finance and accounting principles, clinical documentation, and medical transcription and coding processes.

Experience in Outpatient, Ambulatory Care, or Health Center setting
