Standard computer skills (like Word, Excel, etc…); preferred use of higher education CRM software.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Special Education, Psychology or related field
Experience using mobile technology and client relationship databases.
Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal.
