Associate Director Of Access Security Operations Jobs in Texas

8+ years experience with crisis management, emergency preparedness planning and business continuity with proven capability in incident response and de-escalation

8+ years valid/current security, crisis management, or resiliency industry certifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on use of data and metrics to manage the business

10+ years experience conducting fact finding and admission seeking interviews (Wicklander-Zulawski certified)

Proven blend of business acumen, independent judgment, technical expertise, and leadership skills

Ability to handle/manage rapidly changing priorities in a changing environment with a sense of urgency and professionalism

Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or compliance, with 5-8 years management experience

Strong team management skills who exhibits a high level of initiative and self-motivation

Direct experience and training on industry standards for aseptic manufacturing, engineering and validation requirements

Prioritize production schedules based on inventory requirements, new product introduction, equipment efficiency and material supply

Experience in Isolator and/or RABS (restricted-access barrier system)

Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP, SOP’s and ICH, and EU standards
