Solicit business requirements, provide daily support and monitor performance of reporting / analytic solutions.

5+ years of experience in Reporting / Analytic solution development.

Design and develop moderately complex enterprise and departmental business intelligence, data warehousing and reporting solutions.

Create all forms of information delivery including online visualization tools and traditional printed reports.

Ensure reporting / analytic solutions have been tested for accuracy.

Collaborate with key business users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.

Experience working with end-users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation.

Provide technical and business knowledge support to the Business Intelligence (BI) team.

Ensure effective communication of user requirements.

8 - 10 years related experience.

Experience in the design and building of enterprise data warehouses.

Knowledge of statistical methods and demonstrated experience applying those methods to analytical reporting

Experience with SQL servers and knowledge of relational databases and data warehouse concepts

General knowledge and experience using technical database softwares

Detail oriented and strong analytical and evaluative skills

Able to prioritize, organize, structure, and manage multiple projects/tasks

SSIS (Sequel Server Integration Services) experience

Possesses knowledge of user relations, data gathering techniques, and management information systems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Services.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Translates business requirements into solutions for customers utilizing business intelligence tools and methodologies.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to test and validate data, as well as evaluate and understand large and complex information sets.

Strong SQL and Excel skills required. Oracle or SQL Server preferred.

5 years’ experience analyzing healthcare data. Claims data experience a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification in business analytics (Or equivalent work experience)

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Demonstrated experience in producing technical documentation

Demonstrated experience in report distribution, build and testing strategies

Strong business acumen Proven ability to utilize knowledge of computer systems and understand complex data structures to develop analytics solutions.

Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
