Advocate for location distribution of brands, items and expanded replenishment offerings.

Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels

Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required

Execute pre-season financial planning activities, including creation of all department and vendor plans, daily sales and forecast plans

Guide insight and analytics to merchants on strategies to drive opportunities and minimize risk by vendor

Ensure vendor plans appropriately reflect sales and margin opportunities

Assist in buffer management and stock rebalances

Excellent time management and priority setting to maximize time effectively and efficiently

Manage inventory for store events

Manage markdown preparations (recommend styles to markdown)

Excellent organizational skills and drive for results

Technical ability to manage merchandising software

Bachelor or Associate Bachelor degree in fashion design, or equivalent professional work experience.

Minimum of 1 year experience in Technical Design.

Patternmaking experience would be preferable.
