Associate Asset Property Manager Jobs in California

With an oversight of Generation leadership, perform asset management functions on one asset.

Exceptional analytical skills (financial modeling experience is a plus).

Familiarity with enterprise data management tools ( SAP ) is a plus.

Perform ad hoc research, reports and analysis as directed and/or required by Senior Regional Director or Asset Managers.

Assist Asset Managers with projects’ compliance and deliverables governed by the following:

Assist with managing project cash flow to meet the requirements of the operating budget.

Equivalent combination of training and experience.

Assists in facility inspections and pricing audits to align with customer service values

Reviews, proposes and implements supplemental services and projects to enhance operational efficiencies and achieve operational objectives.

Communication: To proficiently and tactfully exchange and interpret information verbally and in writing, facilitate, persuade and complete presentations.

Influence: Ability to gain others support for ideas, proposals, projects and solutions.

Conduct onboarding inspections for new homes coming under Mynd Management, document asset information, and verify that new properties are rent-ready
