Associate Analytics Consultant Jobs

Ensure data governance best practices are developed and followed consistently in adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

2+ years of experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Periscope)

Direct experience with Periscope, BigQuery, Looker, and python

Healthcare, Clinical Informatics, or Insurance experience

Utilize advanced analytics to discover, quantify, and propose actionable insights / impactful recommendations for improvement opportunities for growth and efficiency initiatives.

Train clients in how to use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools

Certified in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

Experience with Drupal is a plus

Experience with social listening & analytics tools is a plus

Experience with Adobe Analytics & Reporting Dashboards (e.g. Tableau) is a plus

Previous experience in schedule coordination either online or in-person, and/or experience with related SaaS platforms is a plus.

Be well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Possess a level of organization and compartmentalization when processing and analyzing data both historical and current.

Have completed an undergraduate (4-year) degree program in an accredited US or Canadian university.

Coordinate the scheduling of tutors and students utilizing our High Dosage Tutoring service

Review and follow up with tutors to ensure adequate scheduled appointment coverage across all subjects.

Use technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, etc.) and business knowledge to provide answers to business requests and proactively identify new opportunities

Utilize appropriate data management procedures including privacy standards

Intermediate-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:

Develop tailored reports in order to meet business requirements and provide financial analysis to support corporate sales operational and Customer activities

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, economics, and their applications

Adaptable, flexible and curious, with exceptional time-management skills

Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business, computers, or office management preferred

Experience performing administrative or clerical duties in an office setting

Previous CRM support experience (experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM system)

Highly motivated and goal-oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression;

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Gathering and prioritizing opportunities to leverage AI and predictive modelling working with Product Management.

Knowledge of databases, schemas and data extraction from finance/accounting systems.

Gather user requirements and develop business case (revenue yield, cost savings from enhanced productivity)

3-5 years of experience in problem solving, data analytics in consulting projects and/or product development.

Domain knowledge in Healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle

Following coding best practices, documentation, implementation guidelines, and process.

Prepare model documentation and work with model risk management to ensure soundness of the FARB models and analytics.

Timely escalate issues and exceptions to management in accordance with procedures and/or based on sound judgment.

2+ years of applied statistical and analytics experience in financial services or similar work related to graduate school experience.

Excellent communication skill and the ability to communicate complex statistical methodologies in a non-technical way.

Knowledge and familiarity with using CRA and Fair lending related tool is a plus.

Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating linear/logistic models is a plus.
