Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field - business, finance, statistics, economics or purchasing.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Safety Management System (SMS) Familiarity.

14 CFR Part 133/135/137 Pilot in Command Helicopter experience.

FAA Certified Flight Instructor, US Military Instructor Pilot, and/or Instrument Flight Examiner Qualification.

Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling;

Skill in operating navigational aids;

Skill in flying under instrument conditions;

Salary for the position will be commensurate with experience and training.

Type rating for a Cessna Citation 680A (Latitude / Sovereign);

Sharing knowledge with SIC, coaching; and any other duties assigned by their manager

Secures aircraft while away from home base

Checking weather, all applicable NOTAMs where available, and determining fuel, oil and oxygen requirements;

Ensuring that all flight planning requirements have been met;

Briefing the passengers in accordance with the requirements specified in our Standard Operating Procedures

Meets all FAA requirements to serve as Second-in-Command

High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent AND the following certifications/licenses:

Vertical reference and external load operations experience

Valid and current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate issued by an authorized medical examiner (AME).

Valid California Motor Vehicle Driver’s License.

FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot with Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating.

Minimum 2000 hours PIC Helicopter flight time

Current commercial pilot certificate from the FAA.

Class rating for single-engine land plus instrument rating.

Minimum of 700 hours pilot-in-command time, 50 hours night time, 50 hours instrument time, and 100 hours cross country time.

Pass pre-employment check ride with chief pilot or designee.

Successful applicant will have the following work locations available: Siren, Eau Claire, Rhinelander, Madison and Oshkosh Hangars

LTE employees are limited to working 1039 hours per position within a twelve-month period.

Serve and lead highly knowledgeable and expert technical specialists as mission Pilot in Command (PIC) of single-engine, turbine-powered helicopters.
