Responsible for Technology Vendor management for software and hardware, negotiation of all contracts and SOW pricing.

Manage disaster recovery and business continuity by aligning all tactical tools and processes.

Manage all technology due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.

• Leadership, management, budgeting, reporting etc.

• Knowledge of GLP, GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. CISSP, GSNA and other relevant certifications.

• Ensures timely completion and compliance with relevant company IT regulatory requirements.

• BA/BSc degree with 8+ years of working experience in CROs, pharmaceutical companies or academic institutions.

• Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).

• Knowledge and understanding of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry in the lab setting.
