Strong understanding of the cost drivers, attuned to principles of clinical cost disciplined management

Manages within budget to forecast and strategic workforce planning

Lead and manage the CMO Fellows program to ensure top Clinician Leaders support the work and Association agenda

Minimum of 2 years of progressive and successful clinical management experience preferable with a non-profit organization  

Knowledge and operationalization of confidentiality, client rights, safety, infection control, incident and sentinel event reporting, and personnel policies  

Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills  

Advanced oral and written communication skills  

Maintain a Clinical Productivity (15%) and completing all required clinical documentation (10%)

Being a part of the interviewing process for new clinical staff (20%)

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team regarding individualized behavior management plans

Coordinate education training for clinical staff

Experience in the human service field and working with at-risk populations (5+ years)

Experience providing direct clinical services (5+ years)

Experience with a strength based, cognitive behavioral, and trauma sensitive approach to treating troubled youth preferred

Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
