Strong organizational and critical thinking skills to effectively manage priorities of multiple team members. Strong planning and coordination skills.

Ability to provide high level of customer service to patients, department staff, management and external customers.

Maintains clinical supplies, durable medical equipment (DME), accessories and educational tools.

Prior experience working with children is highly preferred.

Assists the Audiologist during patient assessments.

Assists in the case management/tracking of Medicare A rehab cases under the PDPM system

At least 3 years of experience as a therapist

Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long term care rehabilitation preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Manages and analyzes department metrics including accurate billing
