Assistant Property Accountant Jobs in Arkansas

Experience: 2-3 years of property management accounting

Working knowledge of property management software is a plus. (AppFolio, Propertyware)

Proven ability to use property management software to manage properties efficiently and effectively.

Education: Associate degree in accounting or general business

Review and manage accounts receivable aging for wish assists by chapter.

Comprehend non-profit & MAW accounting requirements as related to expense coding.

Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field preferred.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, including demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in Salesforce and NetSuite is helpful.

Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations strongly preferred.
