Demonstrated knowledge of current educational research and ability to translate into classroom and school practice.
Assist with the management of the school’s operational processes (i.e., budgeting, facility maintenance, grant compliance, scheduling, etc.)
Valid State of Michigan Teacher Certificate in Secondary or Elementary Education, and
Minimum of five (5) years of successful certified teaching experience with an annual rating of effective (E), or highly effective (HE).
Proven experience serving in a leadership capacity (i.e., school improvement chair, lead teacher, etc.)
Exemplary presentation skills, organizational skills and communication (speaking, listening, and writing) skills;
