Assistant Medical Records Manager Jobs in Iowa

Minimum 8 years of previous experience with medical records processing or management, and/or;

Ability to efficiently support the organization, management, and delegation workload across multiple departments

Applies knowledge of softphone operation

Applies knowledge of mailroom operation standards and high volume mail processing

Applies knowledge of high throughput scanning equipment operation

Applies knowledge of medical record document types to ensure the correct documentation is collected

Create and update Information Management System Customer Record data elements based on customer financial and distribution requirements

Excellent project management skills and ability to improve efficiencies

Communicate with Dealers, Parts Distribution Centers, Field/Region Representatives, Finance, Logistics, RIM any Buy/Sell and Termination Parts Return Authorizations.

Lead or attend meetings designed to establish new customer order processing and customer record set up requirements

Review and validate current access requirements for Customer Records employees

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
