Package and prepare watercress for deliveries

Greet and load pick up orders for customers

Prefer prior retail and management experience

Assist in the management of sales effectiveness of seasonal areas in the store

Assist in the management of store supplies and expense control

Assist with the management of the Drive Item program

Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager

Able to perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager

A pioneer in Change Management with the ability to transfer strategic policy into operational success.

Lead’s and manages the SP’s to exceed expectations as a high performance supplier.

Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels from factory Floor to Board level

Be accountable for all Production Operations related activities within the assigned SP/s.

Drive the Tapestry strategies across to build strong and effective cross-functional relationships with the service provider.

Drive recommendations to improve process, record keeping and resulting actions in the SP’s quality assurance systems.

Business development, Management and Business Support, Operations, Risk, Training and development

1-3 years of experience with a leading financial institution

Deal with operations-related client issues and knowing when to escalate

Review and approve funds received and disbursed

Work with the operations team

Oversee securities received and disbursed

Effectively manage onsite and remote service teams and a driver of people performance

Demonstrated high-level administrative experience, including advanced computer skills (Microsoft office)

Automotive technical and repair knowledge skills preferred

Understanding of problem-solving methods such as SWOT Analysis, Lean implementations, Six Sigma operational and Visual Management standards preferred

Partner with Service Operations Manager to ensure performance standards for operations and customer service are met or exceeded

Have a thorough understanding of budget expectations and manage cost centers (working hours, inventory cost, accounts receivable) accordingly.

Knowledge of telecommunications and call center management systems and terminology.
