Overview An Assistant Group Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Group Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of a group or department. They are responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the group or department. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Group Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Group Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of a group or department. This includes assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the group or department. The Assistant Group Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring that staff are meeting their goals and objectives. Additionally, the Assistant Group Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing projects, resolving conflicts, and providing administrative support. Job Skills Required
