Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification OR related services certification/licensure

Three years of experience in special education programs or related field

Thorough working knowledge of the various laws, regulations, theories, teaching/therapy strategies, and techniques applicable to special education and related services

Five years of experience in special education programs or related field

First Aid and CPR Certification.

Monitors finances and budgets of each program, which includes completing monthly rate calculations.

Meets regularly with Program Administrators and maintains documentation of the meetings as required.

Reviews and supports the maintenance and compliance of personal ledgers for the people we support.

Reviews data collection for the program through Digital Agency and provides training as necessary to program staff to ensure accurate billing.

Collaborates with YAI Development Department to foster community relations, engagement and fundraising.

Participates in meetings and case conferences with the Program Administrator as needed.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

Management background or Associates Degree or higher is preferred.

Preferred - Experience requirements in a tertiary-level medical care facility with at least 300 – 500 bed capacity.

Responsible for ensuring employee work schedule is covered with adequate staffing on a daily basis through Managers.

Ensure QC inspections are performed on a daily basis by the Managers and QC on all employees.

Observe Managers daily by rounding in their areas – document findings

Provide initial triage screening and assessments, risk assessment, crisis management, psychoeducation, and referrals to campus or community services as appropriate.

Three (3) years of professional experience in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Doctoral degree in relevant mental health field (Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Human Services Field, or Higher Education/Student Personnel)

Experience providing services to a college population.

Experience providing crisis, triage, and/or intake mental health services.

Three (3) years of professional experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in housekeeping or related professional area.

Participates in interviewing and hiring of team members with the appropriate skills.

Reviews staffing levels to ensure the guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.

Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.

Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
